What's the minimum stay?
We can accommodate stays from as few as 2–3 nights in most markets. For certain unit types and locations, the minimum is 7 nights. We'll always be upfront about what's available for your dates.
Can I extend my stay once I'm already in?
Yes. Extensions are handled by your account contact and are subject to availability. We make every effort to keep you in the same unit to avoid disruption. Advance notice of even 48 hours helps significantly.
How quickly can you confirm a booking?
In most cases, within a few hours. For urgent requests in our primary markets, we've confirmed same-day placements. Send us your brief as early as possible — even if dates aren't confirmed yet.
Is everything included in the rate?
Yes. Our rates include furnishings, utilities, wifi, and standard amenities. Housekeeping frequency and any premium add-ons are agreed in advance. No surprise charges on checkout.
Can I book for multiple people at once?
Absolutely — and it's more efficient to do so. We coordinate simultaneous placements for teams and apply consolidated billing across all units under a single agreement.
